Throughout my career, I’ve studied great REALTOR® leaders. There is an art to making good decisions and I’m confident that part of that is having courage to make a decision, even when that decision is met with resistance. As a leader, you must listen first. True courage is to know when to fact-find and take the necessary steps to make a thoughtful decision, rather than react or respond due to pressure or fear.
Navigate
While the introduction of new technologies such as artificial intelligence may bring about fear and uncertainty, I firmly believe that we must embrace them with knowledge-based decisions and logical leadership. I strongly believe in the power of partnership and opportunity and see the potential for technology to empower both REALTORS® and consumers.

As a leader who has worked tirelessly advocating for consumers and REALTORS®, I strongly believe in a multifaceted approach to problem-solving that helps both parties achieve their goals. I am known for navigating difficult conversations with national leaders, which has helped me build a proven track record of success.

In these times of division, REALTORS® can be a unifying voice that can bring the country together. We are a bipartisan group with a common goal, but I can find the common thread that connects us and helps us achieve our collective goals. Connection is what drives everything we do, and it drives our success. It is also the thing I do best.
