In these times of division, REALTORS® can be a unifying voice that can bring the country together. We are a bipartisan group with a common goal. I can find the common thread that connects us and helps us achieve our collective goals. Connection is what drives everything we do, and it drives our success. It is also the thing I do best.
We believe strongly in inclusivity and inclusion — every voice really does matter in every way. This goes hand in hand with advocacy — my job is to foster relationships, so we can have healthy conversations. Not all members dive into advocacy, and I will seek to bridge that gap and connect both sides to understand that we all have the same goals — to be more profitable and productive, and to protect our communities.
I believe in affording everyone respect in voicing their thoughts and truly being the connector between parties that may not agree with each other. We must be respectful, have open minds and truly connect in a safe way where everyone feels seen and heard.
